Why choose 350g white cardboard lamination instead of single-layer cardboard?

Single-layer 350g white cardboard has limited stiffness. When used for bottom-lock boxes or double-insert boxes, the box body is prone to deformation under long-term compression during transportation stacking and storage. After laminating two sheets of 350g white cardboard with eco-friendly glue, the overall stiffness of the cardboard approaches that of 700g cardboard, while surface flatness remains unaffected and printing quality remains fine.

Why not directly choose thicker single-layer cardboard (e.g., 700g white cardboard)?

Single-layer white cardboard above 700g is rare in the market, with long procurement cycles. Increased thickness also makes die cutting and creasing more difficult, which is not suitable for automatically-glued box types like bottom-lock boxes.
