Note 4: Keep screenshots after using AI quoting. Retain the AI quote screenshot as the reference price provided by the printer; if the actual quote deviates significantly later, it can serve as a basis for communication.
Note 5: Long-term customers should prioritize building an internal database. After long-term cooperation with the printer, you can work with the printer to establish a cost database exclusive to your company, which is more accurate than publicly available AI quotes.
